LWith silken texture, resinous plum and black cherry partner in a graceful flow with the dancing acid thread. With mouth filling texture and direction that encompasses the length and breadth of the palate that ultimately leads to a lingering flourish we can only describe as the peacocks tail.
A seductive balance of fruit purity and natural acidity described from the outset as the iron fist in the velvet glove. Age has seen it become a wiser hand in the glove, firm without ever being forceful. Drinking well now, this wine will continue developing for a few years yet, potentially peaking around 2018.
