Williams Crossing Chardonnay 2010

APPEARANCE
Bright golden yellow.

BOUQUET
Floral lift with hints of gun smoke. Pervading stone fruit nose led by ripe apricot but subtle lychee character appears also.

PALATE
The palate finds ripe citrus and apricot fruit, balanced between a juxtaposition of a mineral, yet creamy mouthfeel. 100% French oak delivers finely textured oak spice marrying with the citrus peel finish.

CELLARING SUGGESTIONS
Great value for money the Williams Crossing Chardonnay delivers a wine with ripe citrus fruit and a creamy mouthfeel driven by the combination of yeast lees contact and oak maturation.
